1999 CAT 140H Grader

1999 CAT 140H Grader with 14900 hours on it. Made in USA. The equipment is in a good shape. There are no cylinders leaks, the lines and houses are dry, swivel is dry also, the pump and motor work well. No leaks under the cab. The unit does not have fenders, the fuel tank is in a good shape as well as the hydraulic tank. There is a rust on sheet metal and around cab door.

The Cab and gauges

Cab is a little dirty as well as the headliner. The gauges, switches ac, radio, heater, wiper and door latches are working just fine. The is a some hesitation which means that batteries may getting tired. The alternator is charging with no problem. Harness and starter are ok.

Filters

The filters are all from Caterpillar. It starts normally with a minimal smoke. Transmission works well and shifting is normal. Steering good and tight. There is some play in moldboard bushings. Air brakes and park brakes are fine.

Machine is good operationally but has rust on the tin and lower part of cab. Cab could use a good cleaning and tires look a little rough although functionally OK.
